Product Design FP Visit

Former pupil Sam Burrowes took time out of his busy schedule to talk to pupils about his job as a Product Design Engineer.

Having studied at Glasgow University and Glasgow School of Art, Sam spent a year in Norway on an exchange programme before completing his degree in 2014.

Now employed by Dyson, Sam has spent time working in different countries including Singapore and most recently Japan.

This was a great opportunity for pupils to gain a snapshot of Sam’s role at Dyson and understand exactly what a product designer does on a day to day basis.
